Who we are

This website is operated by Convergence Services, which provides the uKnowva Staffing software. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that company. If you have a question about anything written here, contact us at sales@uknowva.com, or write to us at 2598 E. Sunrise Blvd., Suite 2104, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304, USA.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this website. We do not buy personal information, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

When you submit the enquiry or demo form, we record:

• Your name, work email address, company name and phone number
• The message you write
• For a demo request, also your job title, industry, company size, preferred demo date and the area you are interested in
• The IP address the form was sent from, and the date and time it arrived, which we use to prevent automated abuse of the form

Why we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and answer follow-up questions about uKnowva Staffing. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us at the address above.

Who can see it

Submissions are emailed to the uKnowva Staffing team and stored on the server that runs this website. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. If you would like your details removed sooner, email sales@uknowva.com and we will delete them.

Cookies

This website sets a single cookie, named uks_session. It exists only to keep your form session secure while you are filling it in, and it is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on this site.

Fonts served by Google

Our pages load a typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests it, your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. We do not send Google anything else, and no cookie is set by it. If you would prefer this did not happen, blocking fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com in your browser will change the typeface but leave the site fully usable.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and stored enquiries are placed outside the public web directory so they cannot be downloaded. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete what you have sent us
• Withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form

Write to sales@uknowva.com and we will respond. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
